Excellent food, even by European standards this place sticks out by far in fantastic flavour, presentation and service! Loved the grilled gamba's which were huge, wanted to keep ordering the tapas and then the irish coffee.....to die for! What a pleasant surprise that Gambian restaurants are evolving into something worth while and that the bad tourist food traps at the Senegambia strip are not the only options any more.
El Sol is leading this culinairy step forward by a mile.
The only thing is that they should put up a warning sign at the enterance: this food is highly addictive!!! |

| Comments: | We had to return, actually 3 times it simply gets better even judged by european standard the service is fantastic and if you no the Gambia that proves the management or on top of the job. Across the board the food is great the wine is very drinkable and sensibly priced, the cocktails are fun. Go there you wont regret it. Don’t be put of the 3 minute walk from the strip its safe.
